1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2. Eligibility

2.1 You may only open and use an f6f6 Account if all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person and at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing offshore online betting services is not explicitly prohibited by binding national legislation applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler whose activities are restricted by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from f6f6 or had an Account suspended for violations of this Agreement.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any person employed by f6f6 or its technology partners.

2.2 f6f6 specifically targets the Indonesian market and accepts players who are residents of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players from certain other jurisdictions may be accepted subject to applicable law; however, it is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful under the laws of your country of residence.

2.3 f6f6 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a request may result in the suspension of your Account pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the wagering services on f6f6 you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. Registration requires a valid email address, mobile phone number, and the selection of a secure password.

3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. f6f6 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 One Account per Player: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. f6f6 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may withhold funds pending investigation.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify f6f6 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. f6f6 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions.

3.5 Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your Account — is strictly prohibited. All transactions and bets placed through your Account are deemed to have been made by you personally.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 f6f6 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure in order to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and to enforce the 21+ age restriction.

4.2 Verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any point thereafter at f6f6's discretion. Documents typically requested include:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document — for Indonesian residents, a valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / national identity card) or Passport is the standard accepted form.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address (dated within the past 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of the relevant bank account showing your name (for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other accepted institutions).

4.3 All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are accessible only to authorized verification personnel.

4.4 f6f6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, including source-of-funds inquiries, for transactions above certain thresholds or where unusual activity is detected.

5. Deposits

5.1 f6f6 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, transactions above Rp 500.000.000 may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation by the relevant banking institution. Under normal circumstances, BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri deposits are credited instantly. Processing times for other banks may vary and are listed on the Payment Methods page.

5.4 Deposits must be made from bank accounts registered in your own name. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned minus any transaction fees incurred and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 f6f6 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank may levy its own inter-bank transfer charges. f6f6 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

5.6 f6f6 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to believe it was made fraudulently, erroneously, or in breach of this Agreement. In such cases, you will be notified via the email address registered to your Account.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to bank accounts registered in your own name. f6f6 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are set at Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches subject to additional verification.

6.3 Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday) are typically processed within 15 minutes for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. Requests submitted outside these hours or via other supported banks may take up to 3 hours. f6f6 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the receiving bank's own systems.

6.4 Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at f6f6's discretion, particularly where account details have changed or unusual activity has been detected.

6.5 Withdrawals of Real Money Balance and cleared bonus winnings are subject to no fees charged by f6f6. Any fees levied by the receiving bank are the Player's responsibility.

6.6 f6f6 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Player will be notified of any such suspension as soon as practicable.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 f6f6 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates — are set out in the individual promotion's terms sheet, which forms part of this Agreement when accepted.

7.2 Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to Rp 2.000.000 on their first qualifying deposit of at least Rp 50.000. The bonus carries an 8x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. The bonus and any derived winnings expire 30 days after crediting if the wagering requirement has not been met.

7.3 Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance before Bonus Balance contributes. Unless otherwise stated, bandar bola (football sportsbook) wagers at minimum odds of 1.75, and eligible casino game wagers, contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games contribute at 10%, and certain high-RTP games may be excluded entirely. Full contribution tables are available on the Promotions page.

7.4 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only net winnings generated after satisfying the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

7.5 f6f6 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and void associated winnings where it has reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering with other accounts, systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of automated betting software.

7.6 Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Once opted out, bonuses will not be retroactively applied to past deposits.

7.7 f6f6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on f6f6 are subject to the specific game or sports-betting rules applicable to the relevant product. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule prevails.

8.2 A bet is deemed accepted only once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets placed during a system interruption or network outage may be voided at f6f6's discretion.

8.3 f6f6 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds or price that was clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data-feed failure, or human input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

8.4 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be correct for a payout to occur. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided due to cancellation or postponement of the relevant event, the bet reverts to the next lowest accumulator.

8.5 Responsible betting: Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits via account settings. f6f6 reserves the right to restrict a Player's maximum stake where betting patterns indicate potential risk of harm. Such restrictions do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

8.6 Any attempt to use software, bots, algorithms, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform — including in sports betting, casino games, or togel draws — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 f6f6 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help Players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 If you believe your gambling has become problematic, you are encouraged to visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance and self-help resources. You may also request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting support at [email protected].

9.3 f6f6 will not knowingly accept bets from Players who have self-excluded. If a self-excluded Player circumvents exclusion controls and places a bet, f6f6 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount without payment of any winnings.

9.4 We strictly enforce the 21+ age restriction. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account closed immediately, all bets voided, and any net deposits returned to the payment source.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on f6f6 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Employing automated betting scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data-feed failures for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing f6f6 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's codebase or security systems.

10.2 Where f6f6 suspects prohibited conduct, the Company may freeze the relevant Account, withhold withdrawal requests, and conduct a full internal investigation before reaching a determination. Players will be notified of any formal findings in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. f6f6 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f6f6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, or unauthorized access to your Account by a third party.

11.3 f6f6's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

11.4 Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by f6f6's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the f6f6 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of f6f6 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes. No other right, title, or interest is conveyed.

12.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any portion of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of f6f6.

13. Privacy

13.1 f6f6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 f6f6 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with payment processors, identity-verification providers, and fraud-prevention services is undertaken solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services.

13.3 You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request correction or deletion of that data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 f6f6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 calendar days before the change takes effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions displayed at the top of this page represents the current binding version. Archived versions are available on request by contacting customer support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 f6f6 operates as an offshore online gaming platform under an international gaming licence. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f6f6 holds its operating licence.

15.2 Indonesian players: Online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position in Indonesia. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 and subsequent regulations address land-based gambling; the legal status of offshore online gaming accessed via the internet remains unresolved under current Indonesian law. By using f6f6, you acknowledge that you have independently assessed the legal situation applicable to you and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with any applicable local legislation.

15.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your dispute to f6f6 customer support for resolution. f6f6 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days of a formal written complaint.

15.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
